Burrito Amigos - Springfield, Oregon

Unusual and interesting plants such as windmill palms, agaves, flaxes and yuccas surround this Mexican restaurant, enhancing its southwestern ambiance. Pine trees, rock rose shrubs and ornamental grasses create a unique desert-like landscape, transplanting visitors south of the border.

Native grasses and forbs poke out amongst mostly native deciduous and evergreen shrubs in a bioswale that forms an attractive buffer between the restaurant and the busy commercial street to the west. The bioswale provides onsite stormwater management and creates a unique entrance for Burrito Amigos.
