College Park - Eugene, Oregon

The College Park Concept Plan guides the creation of a new 1200-acre new urbanism community in southeast Eugene. The planning and design goals of College Park were to create a new community that is responsive to the regional context within which it sits as well as responsive to the physical features of the site while having its own distinct character and identity.

Following the principles and strategies of New Urbanism, the master plan for College Park envisions a compact community defined by its preserved natural resource networks, human scale neighborhoods, pedestrian and bike friendly streets, accessible town centers and job opportunities.
