Schlesinger & Associates has developed a working partnership with Dutch Bros. Coffee, helping them transform empty parking lots into beautifully landscaped coffee experiences. Working closely with architects, engineers and business and site owners, Schlesinger & Associates has completed site review and building permit drawings for over 8 Dutch Brothers locations in the southern Willamette Valley…so many now, that we have become known as the "coffee kart specialists."
