Pavilion on Coburg - Eugene, Oregon

The Pavilion is a commercial development with a unique flair. Schlesinger & Associates worked with the architect to create an outdoor courtyard for one of the tenants. Baja Fresh customers are transplanted to Mexico as they enjoy their meal, surrounded by walls, paving and a water feature reminiscent of a Spanish courtyard. Additionally, the plan preserved some large caliper trees by siting the parking around them. Colorful perennials, evergreen shrubs and grasses provide year round interest throughout the development. Large shrubs and evergreen trees create a visual screen between the commercial development and the
apartment complex to the north.
