Somerset Villas

This 92-unit townhouse community was carefully situated on a 12-acre site in the hills of south Eugene to minimize disturbance to the site and maximize the amount of open space preserved. Five acres located across the creek were set aside as a pristine forest, a natural park-like amenity for the residents and neighbors. The design also enhanced a small existing creek by creating a series of pools and waterfalls, designed and planted to act as a natural system of stormwater management.
